2. Service Provision and Resource Usage

CTG HOST IT agrees to provide the web hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, or domain registration services specified in your order form.

Users must utilize server resources in a responsible manner. Any account that uses an excessive amount of server resources (such as CPU, memory, or network bandwidth) to the detriment of other users on a shared platform may be suspended or limited without prior notice. The execution of background processes, unauthorized cron jobs, or mass mailing scripts that degrade server performance is strictly prohibited.

3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Our services must only be used for lawful purposes. You agree not to use our services to host, transmit, or distribute any content that:

• Violates any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations

• Infringes upon the intellectual property rights, trademarks, or copyrights of others

• Contains malware, viruses, trojan horses, or any other malicious code

• Involves phishing, spamming, bulk emailing, or any form of unauthorized network intrusion

Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of services without eligibility for a refund.

4. Billing, Payments, and Renewals

All services are billed on a prepaid basis according to the billing cycle chosen at the time of purchase (monthly, annually, etc.).

Invoices are generated prior to the due date. It is your responsibility to ensure that payments are made on time using our authorized payment gateways (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or credit/debit cards). If an invoice remains unpaid past its due date, CTG HOST IT reserves the right to suspend the affected services. Continued non-payment will lead to permanent service termination and data deletion.

5. Domain Registration and Renewals

Domain registrations and renewals are subject to the rules and regulations of the respective top-level domain (TLD) registries and ICANN. Once a domain is registered, the fee is non-refundable as the registry charges us immediately. It is the absolute responsibility of the client to renew domains before their expiration dates to prevent loss of ownership or high redemption fees.

6. Uptime Guarantee and Backups

CTG HOST IT strives to maintain a reliable network and server infrastructure. While we aim for a 100% network availability environment, scheduled maintenance, emergency upgrades, or unexpected upstream provider issues may cause temporary downtime.

We perform regular automated backups for our shared hosting platforms as a courtesy service. However, these backups are not guaranteed. Clients are strongly encouraged and expected to maintain their own independent backups of all website files, databases, and emails. CTG HOST IT shall not be held liable for any data loss under any circumstances.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CTG HOST IT, its directors, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.

8. Changes to the Terms of Service

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted directly on this page. By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.
